FAIRFAX, VA, May 19, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jennifer A. Lerch, Research Associate at George Mason University, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of higher education.
As a research associate for Dr. Faye Taxman of the Administration of Justice department at George Mason University, Jennifer A. Lerch focuses on organizational change working with the evidence-based practices project in Maryland. On a regular basis, she is responsible for analyzing data, attending meetings and assisting with training for correctional officers. Her research interests include offenders and gender issues. Prior to her current position, she worked as a research assistant for the Trinidad and Tobago Project at George Mason University. She became involved in her profession because of her desire to work with the legal system.
Ms. Lerch received her Master of Arts in Justice, Law and Crime Policy from George Mason University in 2009 and received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Sociology from Shepherd University. She hopes to enroll in a Ph.D. program and would like to work for the government facilitating policies.
